Ant-Venture
Puzzle/Sandbox Game where you move around as an ant trying to find sugar cubes!
Controls -
WASD to move
Space to jump
C to toggle crouch
R to switch between arms
Hold E to climb (not all surfaces are climbable-- experiment!)
I'm not sure exactly why, but when climbing over the top of a ledge, you need to quickly look down at the edge and back up in the direction you're moving to actually get on top. Imagine yourself vaulting over a fence.

It's cool how you see a flash when you go into the green stuff. I like it, and you've added some interesting features, like the ability to switch the arms to accommodate different situations. I know we had limited time so I get it but I think you should add a skybox/ceiling and add some lighting and color to the ants arms etc. Good job
Playing as the ant is really interesting! I like that there are the strong arms and the climbing ones. It seems like when I played I could only climb the first red wall though, are the other objects supposed to be climbable? I also agree that it should be easier to move the sugar cubes, or you can have them disappear on contact and add a point counter.
Thanks for the feedback! There are other climbable surfaces, though not all are climbable. My intention was for people to trial and error it but maybe there should be more clear indicators about what is climbable. As for the sugar cubes, I agree! I'll see if I can come up with a good solution for them.
i like the different areas i wish it was a bit easier to move the sugar cubes and other objects tho
